I am trying to install a Linksys ethernet card and I do
all of the installation properly but when I try to
connect, it doesn't happen.

I access WINIPCFG and the only thing showing is the PPP
adaper and not the Linksys card. I look under networking
and it shows that the card is working properly. I isn't
binding. Are there any hints out there?

Have you tried calling Linksys?  I have a Linksys router and have found
their support to be excellent.  They should just need your basic information
(operating system, model number of Linksys product, what you are trying to
connect to...).
