Is it possible for Windows 98 to join in a Windows 2003 Server Domains? If
so, how?

No, it is not possible.  A Windows 98 computer can validate a username and
password against a domain, and can access some domain resources.  If you add
the AD Client it can do some more but it can never be an actual domain
member in the same way that 2000 and XP computers can.
