Hi to you helpful people

Have 3 pc's on a wired network, 1 pc using a Belkin wireless pc card and a
Belkin wireless Access point wired into the hub. What happens is that we are
finding that the mouse 'sticks' after a period of time on the wireless pc.
If the wireless card is removed, a wired pci card fitted and it is then
wired to the hub no problem.

Have tried using PS/2, Serial & USB mice & different drivers and problem
persists.

Has anyone experienced this sort of problem?

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated

TIA

Tom

I just picked up a Belkin wireless router and an adapter for my old 98SE PC.
I'm on here looking for help in setting up file and printer sharing with my
XP machine (hard-wired to the router) and I saw your posting.

I too am noticing the mouse cursor being jumpy. The 98SE PC is an old
Gateway with a P3-450

A followup to my last posting...
The mouse jumpy scrolling problem seemed to get progressively worse through
the day yesterday. I shut down last night and today the cursor has been
scrolling fine (so far :)

Steve

This is the same characteristic that we are getting - the mouse sticking
issue progresses during the day, about 3-4 hours till the mouse becomes
unusable - when the pc is re-booted the issue is corrected initially & then
returns. We have disabled any power save options and this made no
difference.
