Hi!
I am axperiencing the same problem... well, it's not THE SAME. The one I am
experiencing is:
When IP Address expiration occurs, the DHCP server gives this IP to another
PC, and when the old PC that had this IP address is turned on, a conflict
occurs and it does not release the address and change it's submas mask to
any other than class B that is the one we use.
It only occurs with windows 98 and 95.
I am trying to solve this problem seting "Lease
duration for DHCP clients" option for "Unlimited", so it never will give the
address to other PC.

unlimited "should" do what you want ..alternative is to set those machines
to a static IP (you would have to enter the DNS , gateway manually)
