My Win98 computer crashed during an install of a Brother peer to peer
network printer. I rebooted and started the install again and
afterwards was able to print across the network to the new printer, but
could not access the rest of my network.
I uninstalled the network printer, still no acess to the network.
So I un-installed the NIC and then reinstalled it, still no network
access.
Any ideas?

Problem solved. I had failed to re-install TCP/IP.
Once I did that and then re-installed the printer and then re-booted
twice everything seems to work.
