MAN
Consists of more than one organization within a specific geographical area
that network their LAN's together for mutual benefit.
Internetwork
Consists of one organization that is to large or spread out to operate with
just one LAN.
Both are a network of networks.
It would be an Internetwork I think, however there is no set rule that I've
found that states when the distance exceeds a certain point it becomes a
WAN. It wouldn't be a MAN as it's the same organization.
The above is just my opinion take it with a grain of salt.
