Outlook Problems

I am having difficulty interpreting and resolving the
following errors. If omeone can help me resolve this i
would be very appreciative.

Outlook is *not* Outlook Express

Assuming OE6: Internet Explorer Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

   hotmail.com

and Allow All Cookies.
