outlook express I cant get into my email. It keeps asking
me for a  password and I dont have one, and I never used
one before. So now I cannot receive or send any email. can

Did you *reformat* (not reboot) your system?

Is OE asking for a password for your Identity now or your email account?

If the former, see http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/faqs/how.htm#delnopass

email comes up , then when I hit send and receive that is
when the box comes up and asks for a password.

It's requesting the password for your mail account (name@isp.com).  Contact
your ISP if you can't remember it.

ISP = Internet Service Provider
The people you pay for your Internet connection.
