I am supporting a user that has about two dozen folders in Outlook Express.
He can look in any folder except Deleted Items. When you click on it, you
get MSIMN has caused an illegal operation in KERNEL32. Rebooting does not
help. I tried to do a clean up folders in the Maintenance tab of
Tools/Options, but it only shows Outlook Express and will not browse. How
can I get access to this folder? Thanks.

Close OE and move the folder to another directory.  OE will create a new one
and the problem should be fixed.  You can get the messages out of the old
file by using DBXtract.  www.oehelp.com/DBXtract/
