Addendum to Can Receive Message, but can't send

Here is the error message I get
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'my account name., Server:
'localhost', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 7362, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The "localhost" is a giveaway that you've set an antivirus program to scan
incoming email and that's what causing the problem.  Delete that option,
then in Outlook Express, reset the info under Tools/Accounts, Mail tab for
the affected account to the original settings provided by your ISP and all
should be well again.

Antivirus scanning is not needed for home users for email and wastes CPU
cycles, causing timeout errors at the server end.  Your 0x800ccc0e error is
shorthand for "failed to connect."
