Are you talking about a password to open your OE Identity or the Hotmail
password? Your Identity doesn't have to be password-protected but I'm
afraid you'll have to use a password to be able to access *any* mail account
in OE, Cindy.
If your problem is that OE isn't "remembering" your Hotmail password (i.e.,
you have to re-enter it each time), see

Sorry...I was referring to the password to open my OE
Identity, not to get into Hotmail on the Hotmail website.
I know it doesn't need to have one. I just put it on
because we were having company for several days. Now I
want to take it off and can't seem to get rid of it. I'll
check the link you provided. Thanks. Will check back
here again if that doesn't work.

Thanks PA Bear. Guess I was having some brain swishing
going on. I was trying to get rid of the password all
together, when all I needed to do was tell the PC
to "remember" it. Easy fix after all. Thanks for your
help.
