If anyone can help..I would certainly appreciate it...I'm
having a small problem with my "Outlook Express," email.
I double click on it and it then askes for my password
(because I share the computer with someone else).  I type
in my password but it is now telling me that my password
in incorrect after having used this same password for the
last 8mths.  Tried calling Microsoft..but they tell me
that it will cost $45+txs..to get it fixed because Windows
98SE will be obsolete come Jan 16th...I sincerely need to
have access to my email.my family are all abroad and this
is the only way I can communicate with them....so if there
is someone who can help me....thank you in advance...J!
P.S.  I also forgot to mention that I was receiving emails
from Microsoft telling me that my email is expiring..and
that I need to download their software....but I was
hesistant and call Microsoft and they told me not to do
that because it was someone sending out a virus...

Are you referring to a password to open your OE Identity or to access you
email account?  If the latter, is it a MSN Hotmail account?   ...is it a
name@hotmail.com, name@msn.com, or name@email.msn.com account?

Post any error messages in their entirety.
