While away from home, how can I access my OE folders and
address book ?

OE is a Mail Client, not an email account or address.  What you see in OE is
merely the messages which have been downloaded from one or more of your
email accounts.

You may be able to access your email accounts via their online pages while
you're gone but you can't access your OE-at-home data.
