MAPi32 Exception or MAPI32 Exception

The above appears constantly with the !point stating "An
internal error has occurred in mapi32.dll" with a form to
fill out.  When filling out the form, it does not accept
it.  Somehow I think this has something to do with OE
which I don't use because of using Juno directly.  If you
can't help me, thanks anyway.
