I deleted a mail folder and all its contents by mistake.
Cannot find it in Deleted Folder.  How can I recover it?

Go to Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder and see where OE is
storing its data.  Go there with Windows Explorer.  See if the DBX file is
still there.  (With Win2K and WinXP the DBX files are hidden files.)  If it
is there, move it to another Windows folder.

You can extract the messages with DBXtract and drag the messages back into a
folder in OE's Folder List.
DBXtract (free): http://www.oehelp.com/DBXtract/
Or you can get the folder back into OE by following the method in the last
paragraph here:
