outlook express in box does not fill window in one of two e-mails

When I pull up my e-mail, it does not fill window. It is
down at the top, and in from the right side. My wife's e-
mail (multiple users) when identity is changed from my e-
mail to her's, then her e-mail fills the page as it should.

Do not use the maximize button, instead use your mouse to "drag" the corners
to fill the screen, then click the 'x' in the upper right hand corner to
close the window. The next time you open it, it will remember that setting
until the next time you make an adjustment or change your screen resolution.
