When a friend attempts to send email through OE, she gets
the following message:

Your current security setttings prohibit running ActiveX
Controls on this page.  As a result, the page may not be
displayed.

She has run her virus checker - no viruses and
downloadede the latest OE Service Pack.

any ideas?

Is she sending an HTML stationery type message?  If so, the template she is
using has an Active X control embedded within it and may not be viewable by
all recipients depending on their settings.
