when send/receive, I get new mail, but can't send. I get:
...error x800C01310
I canged several times the .dbx to .old. Sometimes it helped, but the
problems comes again.
Sometimes it disapears after a reboot, but not today

Maybe it's error 0x800C0131?
What DBX file did you change?
What version of Windows?
What version of OE?
