Where do deleted News Group files go in OE6?

I know that all deleted messages go to the DeleteFolder in my personal
folders of OE6. Where do the messages go that are deleted as text and
pictures from the News Group folders such as this one.? Example:
alt.autos.cadillac;alt.binaries.food;etc,.etc,. I have wanted to retrieve
some files but I can't find them, where are they?

They are gone, but to retrieve them if they are not gone from your news
server, you can
right click the group
Properties
Local file
Reset
to re-download all the messages still on the server
