I’m using Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express 6 on Windows 98.

Is there anyway to avoid the truncating/changing of any attachment file
names when importing email messages to Outlook Express from Outlook?

I've not noticed a problem in that area in the past.  Are these real long
file names that are being truncated?  Have you asked in an Outlook
newsgroup?

Please deliver feedback to the newsgroup, so that others can be helped.
Thanks.
