I'm using Win 2000 and I want to use a message rule to reply to an email
with 'say' 5 of my emails. OE only seems to be able to reply with one
message and it's sent as an attachment. Can OE reply with more than one
email, and can they be 'as emails' and not as an 'attachment'?
I need this as I work at a college and have to keep manually sending emails
to students as part of their study material. It would be nice if they sent
me one email requesting their study material and the message rule replied
with the required emails.

You might want to consider using a template to send out that info. Save the
template to your Desktop so it's convenient.
