Hyperlinks in Outlook Express and MS Word don't work. I can right click and
copy and paste the link in my browser and the page will open. But if I left
click or double-click the link in OE or Word the page won't open. With Word
I get the following message: "Unable to open http://xxx.xxx.com. No program
is registered to open the file." In OE just nothing. I have reregistered the
following files with no change: regsvr32 /i with urlmon.dll, shdocvw.dll,
Msjava.dll, Actxprxy.dll, oleaut32.dll, Mshtml.dll, Browseri.dll,
shell32.dll
Some of the files were not successfully reregistered. Anyone have any ideas?

1. You click on a link and an IE window doesn't even open:
http://www.oehelp.com/ielnk.aspx.
2. You click on a link and an IE window opens but it doesn't load:
You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens After You
Click on a Link
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679
(Re-register *all* of the DLLs listed in the above KB article)
3. Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.
