emails sent from outlook express; subject line ok but body 'blank'. Using
McAfee antivirus.

Sparse info. Try disabling MsAfee before sending. Try IE Repair--Tools menu,
MSINFO32.

Disable email scanning since it serves no useful purpose.  If message bodies
remain blank, try this fix with OE closed.  Click Start/Run and type:
   regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
and hit the OK button.  When you get a message of completion, open OE and
see if the problem is fixed.  You also need to visit the Windows Update page
and download all updated marked as Critical for your system.
