In Windows 98 install of O.E.( or, for that matter any version), can I
configure the program(O.E.) to retrieve my POP mail from the server and leave
the mail intact on that web based email site in addition to loading onto my
computer? Always seems to me that O.E. gets the mail and I no longer can
access it from other computers. It's gone from the web (such as Yahoo or
Sisna email programs).

Tools | Accounts
Select the account.
Click Properties.
Check the box to leave a copy on the server AND the box to delete after 5
days, changing 5 to whatever you want.
