Can I use Outlookexpress with Roadrunner WEB-Mail and keep my old password?

There are basically two ways to read email: Using a webmail interface, or
using a "client" like OE. In most cases, both are using POP/SMTP protocols.
Your RoadRunner pages should include instructions for using email clients
(Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.). You need the POP address and
the SMTP address, plus your username and password and the proper syntax for
each, plus some possible other settings that need to be invoked.

Maybe this page fills in the blanks, but I don't want to dive any further
into it. If you can't figure it out, come on back and I'll see what I can
see.

Anne,

The drop down menu on that page I cited,
http://help.rr.com/HMSLogic/email_help_topic.aspx?topic=E-mail,
includes help for Outlook Express. You have to make sure to scroll down to
find the OE items.
