Forwarding message

When I am going to forward a message how I can put the receipients
email address in the TO. should I enter them manually One by one or
there is another possibility

Click on the word "To:". That should bring up the Address Book where you can
enter all the addresses you want. If they aren't in your Address Book, then
yes, you have to enter them manually.

Note that if you add them manually, they need to be separated by a comma or
semi-colon.

If you are always sending to the same people, you can create a group in
the address book and use the group for sending.
