"Your program is making an invalid dynamic link call..." while opening OE 5.5

This error comes when trying to open certain e-mails and
has occured in OE 6 AND after an uninstall to OE 5.5
Using Win98 SE.
Anybody has any idea ?

You can try setting up a new Identity via File | Identities and see if that
fixes it.
