i have no sound device installed in my computer, and i
don't know how to install it?

Go to a shop, buy a sound card, shut pc down, open up your pc, locate an
empty PCI slot (white slots in bottom of pc); put the soundcard in there
(after removing the small rear metal cover), startup your system, put in the
driver disk, install it.

Plug your stereo cable / speaker cable into the "out" connector of the
soundcard.

Now you have a sound device installed.

Or, if you want something else, be a bit more specific ;)

First off whats in your computer? Do you have onboard
sound on your motherboard? If so you need to enable it.
If not you can go out and by a sound card but I would
have someone else install it who know's what they are
doing. This other guy who told you to install didn't say
anything about static electricity can ruin your computer
or components. You need to give a little more info on
your system.

Static electricity is bullshit. Touch your home's heating installation, or
another large metal object, to get rid of any statical electricity in your
body. Still, if you're not wearing any woolen clothes or alike, the risk is
quite small.

I've been installing pc systems for over 8 years, and never had problems due
to statical electricity.
Installing a soundcard is extremely simple, and lettign a  "pro" do it will
cost you about 40 - 80 $, or you have to ask your geek buddy or relative to
do it.

>Well I understand, But to tell someone to go ahead and
do it, and to NOT tell them any of the risks in doing it
is just stupid. Would you tell someone to go ahead stick
a fork in the toaster to get the bread out? Hey dont
worry about unplugging the toaster thats just
electricity. You didn't tell her about the power supply
or grounding her self or take anti static procautions. So
in my litlle opinion if you have been doing this for 8
years and you dont believe in anti static or telling
people of the risks your just a idiot and I would NEVER
want you to work on my computer!!!
