Since the file requested is listed as being in a temp directory, it is
probably not needed to use your keyboard. Most likely, both the file and the
reference to it should have been deleted after installation was complete. If
you are able to get to the windows desktop in either normal or safe mode,
run "sysedit" from the start / run menu. Then search in win.ini and
system.ini for a line that references 1033.mst. Place a semicolon [;] in
front of the line, save the file, exit, and reboot your computer.
