Win 98 on my Toshiba Satelite PRo laptop takes about 5
mins to boot up.  Can someone point me to a web site with
a procedure for debing the Boot process.

Have you used msconfig to remove startup items from the
boot process first?  Check for spyware.  Everything
usually can be removed from startup, besides maybe
antivirus.
