error on shutdown

Have a machine that when you shut down, gets an error of
Defualt IME. I can either wait,end task rcancel. If I
click on wait, after 20 seconds, the desktop comes back
and then I have to tell it shutdown again, and then it
does. If I click on end task, it will shutdown. If I click
on cancel, the desktop comes back after 20 seconds and
then I have to shutdown again. Has anyone seen this issue?

What's the exact name of the application when you open
the task manager? Looks like a hanging program.
