Having lots of problems with my computer everything is
freezing on me. I go on the icon my computer and nothing
comes up and on internet explorer too, have to press
ALT,CTRL,DELETE to get out of the program.Cannot go on
control panel freezes up on me. Can someone please help
me. thank you

There isn't a lot of information here, but we can probably narrow the field
and get to an answer with a couple of passes:

Walk through the steps on the following two pages. You may want to print
them out first and take notes on them as you go, so that you can feed us
back both what you've learned and the additional information they request.

I have seen this 99 . 9 chance this is caused by spyware. Go to
download.com and get spybot search and distroy run it and I bet it clears
up 99% of your problems.
There should be a law against spyware and letting it write to a pc's
registry. Until there is get spybot and run it at least once a week.
