Problem with Runtime Error Message- What does it mean?

I frequently get the error message; " Runtime Error". Can
someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? I
also get a blue screen with the message; " Stack
overflow". I could use some help on what this means also.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Happy Holidays!!

There are many Runtime Errors.
Please supply the full error message in this form:

runtime error 216 at 00002021

Please also supply more detail on the Stack overflow.
