Often when I am attempting to connect to the internet, or
when I am at a website, an "about.com" related error
message will appear and freeze/disconnect my internet
access.  Is this an operating system error or does it stem
from the internet server - or neither?

There is no pattern that I can see.  Websites affected run
the gamut.

Help??
