On logging into winME, (I couldnt find a ms board for it,
so I came to the 98 one) I geta  dos box appearing with
IEproxy above it, and in the box "insufficient momory"
This problem is intermittant.
Its on a celeron with 64mb ram.  It is networked and the
message seems to appear when going through the login
script.
Any suggestions would be great.

Be sure a shortcut to Dr. Watson is in your Startup folder, then reboot.

Then, next time this occurs, click the Details button to learn more.

You have very correctly found the deficiency here -- information about the
problem! -- and Dr. Watson should help you overcome that.

Let us know what you learn.

98M of RAM just doesn't sound like enough.
