I am trying to update my anti-virus program and it fails
with the message:
[error 1334 Comctl32ocx can not be copied because file
Cabs.m3 is missing]
I have found that Comctl32.ocx is intact on my hard drive
and lists itself as part of ActiveX, but I'm stumped as to
why, howcome or what. ANY thoughts on id'ing Cabs.m3 would
really help, I don't know whether to go to anti virus
makers, ActiveX makers, or Microsoft. What is Active X?

Thanks

Which AV product are you using?

I think I would go to them.

System Suite 4.0, Orginaly sold by Ontrack, now owned by V-
com. I've got a e-mail in their support, but new years and
such... no reply. {Stupid Question} does outside software
rewrite core modules?
