Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Performance / December 2003error msg in windows 98
recently installed software for a digital camera. after installation i received the message 'system must restart to complete install'. not a problem. however, when it attempted to restart - i get nothing. no toolbars w/ start menu and no icons. blank screen. if i hit the windows button on my keyboard - i get a fatal exception error KERNEL32. now what?
