After I turned on my PC I got the "system resources is
Low" error message and after that the system monitor went
blank. I ctr/alt/del several times to reboot but the
screen that comes up is blank and as remained blank to no
avail. How can I fix this problem?
Thanks,
Leo.

Try another monitor to check whether it is the monitor.
