i installed a new pc for a user at work and he is not able
to use the alt+tab function to switch between different
open programs.  he was able to do it before, i know we are
doing it right b/c i have tried it on my pc and it works
just fine.  he is running windows98. i've looked on the
microsoft knowledge base and all that tells me is how to
use alt+tab, which doesn't help me.  any input would be
greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
