Hello:

During this past week we began having problems with our
printer and display. Also, MS Dos does not show up when we
boot the computer now. We have Windows 98.

We reloaded our printer driver, but still cannot send
anything to our printer to print. Error says printer
cannot be found. Our printer is set as the default
printer.  In addition, our display is at 16 bits and when
we change it to 260 it will not "stick" and keeps
reverting back to 16, consequently, the display is awful.

We have used our system restoration disk and reloaded
Windows 98, none of which helped.  Is our problem with the
missing Dos?

Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks.
