Operating System: Windows 98SE with all updates.
Problem: After running Nortons System Works WinDoctor I
get this message. program files missing
C/Windows\System\Sonysys.Sys file missing can't locate
this file.
Question: I tried using the Windows 98 CD to locate this
file and to try and reload it.  I cannot find such a file.
How do I correct this problem and if I cannot, is it
hampering my systems proformance. Can anyone help?

Hi Mike,

These files are not Win98 files. I suspect they were possibility
installed by digital camera. If the system was performing normally
before running WinDoctor I would suggest ignoring the message.
