NTKERN>VXD and autoexec.bat  HELP

Help

I have attempted to install a usp card and have received
the error message NTKERN.VXD code 2.  On speaking to the
manufacturer they tell me this is a windows problem.

I went to support and was told to delete two lines from
autoexec.bat  these are

SET windir=c;\windows
SET winbootdir=c:\windows

but when I went into autoexec.bat there were only two line
which are

@echo off
c;\essolo.com

Ant ideas
