Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Performance / July 2003Computer Restarts After Shut Down
Each time I shut down my Windows 98 based computer, it restarts itself. The only way to turn off the computer is to pull its plug out from the wall outlet. How can I fix this problem? Run "msconfig". Click on the "Advanced" button. Put a checkmark infront of "Disable fast shutdown".
