I have recently upgraded to 98se. tried to download norton av2003 but gives me the error"internal error.ixoFileCopy". Contacted Norton, they said it was a windows problem. How can I correct this. Also I keep getting errors on my machine that some system file is older than the previous one and cant be corrected because it is currently running. How can I fix this problem too. Thanks for your help. That sounds like it might be a problem with the Windows Installer program.
