OE Won't update

I am operating Win98 SE / OE 6. I am scheduled for microsoft updates and
download them all the time. Currently I am receiving Microsoft Security
Update prompt once or twice a week for OE Security update (KB837009). I
download it and receive message download complete. But, the next day or so I
get the same message for security update (KB837009) which I downloaded the
day before.
Any suggestions????

Windows Update Problems:

Troubleshooter: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

Newsgroup: microsoft.public.windowsupdate or if you access the newsgroups
with Internet Explorer, scroll down the Community Newsgroups and click these
categories: Windows, Setup/Update and Windows Update. Posting to the
correct newsgroup may be more beneficial.
