I am trying to change my screen resolution, but the window is larger than my
monitor and I can't access the OK button to set it at 800x600. I can get to
control panel, etc, but I can't get down there to click OK. Can someone help
me?

You don't have to get to the OK button.
Make the change and hit the Enter key.

Use the tab key to select the OK button. Then press the enter key.
