When starting my laptop ( IBM 390E) after the desktop comes on and all the
icons are on I keep getting the following fatal error:  A fatal exception
0D has occurred at 0028:000028EA in VXD VMM(01) + 000018EA.
I am using Windows 98SE and have 128 meg ram and on a local network.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What changed at about the time that this error first started appearing?  Did
you install or enable some new hardware, or did you install or upgrade some
software?
