Am using Win 98SE and I cannot re-install McAfee antispyware.

I contacted tech support whom were unable to help me on two occassions.
They tried, but they did not know.  I may contact them a third time, or
perhaps someone here knows the answer, which would be nice.  But anyways
everytime I reinstall know I get the following error.

"The License agreement has been declined.  Setup will know terminate"

I've tried installing from safe Mode, I've tried uninstalling, and even
deleting the registry keys.  You name it, I've tried it.  I think I am
missing something.
