NTKERN error

Our computer is sounding sick lately and we keep getting a fatal exception
error OE has occurred @ 0028:C0027F8B in VXD NTKERN(01) + 00006617.  We also
get another error after having our computer on for about an hour that I read
could possibly be an overheating issue.  Are these two related?  If not, how
can I fix these?

The other error we're getting is "a fatal exeption OE has occurred @
0028:C0005338 in VXD VMM(01) 00004338.  This is the one I read meant
something about an overheating error?

Time to open the case and do some cleaning. Most likely the fan and heat
sink are plugged up. It could be that the fan has stopped running. I had
to replace the fan on my other computer a few weeks ago, it was barely
turning and made a strange noise. The replacement fan cost $3 from a
local independent computer shop.
