Our computer is sounding sick lately and we keep getting a fatal exception error OE has occurred @ 0028:C0027F8B in VXD NTKERN(01) + 00006617. We also get another error after having our computer on for about an hour that I read could possibly be an overheating issue. Are these two related? If not, how can I fix these? It could be that the fan has stopped running. I had to replace the fan on my other computer a few weeks ago, it was barely turning and made a strange noise. The replacement fan cost $3 from a local independent computer shop.
