From time to time when I wants to shut the PC ("shut down") it get stuck. Seems like the "shut down" proccess is running but get stuck on a black screen. The only option then is to push the "power" or "reset" botton. Any idea ??? if extra data is needed ... You have to do it the hard way. There are innumerable possible problems that can lead to this issue, mostly having to do with hardware. If you can't even access the IP address directly, that's something that's beyond my abilities, other than to again suggest that some protective utility has blacklisted the site for some reason.
